Une sur deux trouve cette \u00e9tape difficile. Elles sont particuli\u00e8rement mises \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de concilier collectes de fonds et rapports d&rsquo;impact. Ce sont les institutions priv\u00e9es telles que les fondations donatrices, les structures de collecte ou les entreprises qui montrent le plus grand int\u00e9r\u00eat. Lorsque les montants en jeu sont plus cons\u00e9quents, l\u2019acc\u00e8s au financement peut d\u00e9pendre du fait que l\u2019OBNL dispose ou non de rapports sur l\u2019impact de son travail.&nbsp;En revanche, face aux autorit\u00e9s publiques, les OBNL pr\u00e9sentent principalement les actions qu\u2019elles&nbsp;<em>souhaitent mener<\/em>.&nbsp;Les organisations qui doivent avant tout rendre compte des actions qu\u2019elles&nbsp;<em>ont effectivement men\u00e9es<\/em>&nbsp;sont celles qui travaillent dans le domaine de l\u2019aide au d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les faits compl\u00e8tent les histoires<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Face au grand public, les OBNL aiment utiliser des supports divertissants pour parler de leurs actions. Elles montrent aux donatrices et donateurs l\u2019impact de leur engagement \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019histoires vraies, de portraits ou de reportages men\u00e9s lors de visites sur place. Beaucoup compl\u00e8tent ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 l\u2019aide de chiffres, de donn\u00e9es, de statistiques ou encore d&rsquo;une description de leurs projets. Pour ce qui est des rapports avec les institutions priv\u00e9es et les pouvoirs publics, les OBNL misent plut\u00f4t sur une communication informative avec des rapports de projets ou d\u2019\u00e9valuation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Renforcer leur r\u00e9putation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La plupart des OBNL se chargent elles-m\u00eames de parler de leur impact. Cela leur permet en premier lieu de renforcer la confiance du public dans leur action et dans le secteur des OBNL. De plus, elles encouragent ainsi, au sein m\u00eame de l\u2019OBNL, une r\u00e9flexion et une action toutes deux ax\u00e9es sur les r\u00e9sultats. Cela ne garantit qu\u2019en partie une aide financi\u00e8re plus importante. Toutefois, les OBNL disposent d\u2019exigences diff\u00e9rentes quant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9valuation de leur impact. Une OBNL sur trois n\u2019\u00e9value pas l\u2019impact de son engagement. Souvent, cela s\u2019explique par un manque de ressources. Une OBNL sur quatre rend compte de son impact sans m\u00eame l\u2019avoir \u00e9valu\u00e9. Ces organisations mettent en p\u00e9ril leur r\u00e9putation plus qu\u2019elles ne la renforcent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Potentiel d\u2019am\u00e9lioration<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Au vu de ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments, il n\u2019est pas surprenant que les OBNL \u00e9prouvent des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 concilier collectes de fonds et rapports d\u2019impact. Deux OBNL sur trois sont ouvertes aux offres qui leur permettraient de pr\u00e9senter efficacement au public leur impact. En outre, les OBNL affichent un int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les directives de bonnes pratiques ou les exemples de meilleures pratiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>49 pour cent de taux de r\u00e9ponse<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans son \u00e9tude, la Zewo s\u2019est int\u00e9ress\u00e9e en premier lieu \u00e0 la communication des OBNL certifi\u00e9es r\u00e9coltant des dons en Suisse, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019impact de cette communication.
